Nissan Sentra Interior Dimensions

2018 Nissan Sentra interior featuresSlide into the cabin of the compact 2018 Sentra, and you’ll find interior dimensions that wouldn’t feel out of place in a midsize sedan. Legroom in the front row comes to 42.5 inches, giving tall drivers and passengers the space they need to stretch out and stay limber. In the backseat, 37.4 inches of legroom will keep kids and adults alike plenty comfortable.

Planning on going out shopping? How about taking a trip—or getting out to play the back nine? If so, you’ll find all the room you need in that 15.1-cubic-foot trunk for your groceries, golf clubs, or luggage. Fold the 60/40 split backseat forward and the front passenger seatback backward, and you’ll have 74.1 cubic feet. You can use the extra space to store longer items, such as ladders.

Technology Features: A House of Mirrors & Screens

Seeing everything that’s happening around you won’t be a problem in the Nissan Sentra. When you’re not using the NissanConnect® infotainment touchscreen for navigation or managing music, get a good look at what’s going on behind you before you back up with the standard RearView Monitor.

An optional auto-dimming rearview mirror can detect glare and tilt to reduce it, so you have more visibility in critical situations. Also, available heated side mirrors make winter driving in Stoughton, Randolph, and Brockton much more convenient. You can sit inside the cabin and warm up with Dual Zone Automatic Temperature Control while the ice and snow melt off your mirrors with the press of a button.

Design & Materials: An Overview

2018 Nissan Sentra Test Drive

The 2018 Sentra takes a “no frills” approach to interior design, which incorporates a mix of matte plastics and cloth upholstery in the lower level trims. As you move up the trim levels, you can add luxury appointments like leather, which lends a more upscale vibe to the cabin.

For a sporty, track-inspired design, turn to the NISMO trim. You’ll get seats wrapped in Alcantara®, a suede-like material with a high coefficient of friction that helps keep you in your seat as you navigate sharp turns. Hot reds are incorporated into the center console, stitching, and leather-wrapped steering wheel to create a sportier look. They contrast well with the carbon-fiber accents on the door and console.
