Unfortunately, the spread of COVID-19 requires all of us to practice social distancing, to do our part to help slow the spread of the virus. With our customers’ health and well-being our first priority, we have made some changes within our stores to follow the recommendations of state and local governments and trusted health organizations.

For all of our customers, as well as our team members, we are following the latest public health guidance, making adjustments to minimize risk by the following:

Touchless Service Dropoff System Available!

  1. Drop your keys in a drop-off envelope and place in box (before or during business hours).
  2. We’ll call you to confirm we’ve got your vehicle and review services to be performed.
  3. We’ll call or text when your vehicle is ready and get payment over the phone. No in-person signatures required!
  4. You call or text us back with an estimated time of arrival.
  5. Your key & receipt will be waiting in your thoroughly sanitized vehicle so you can head out promptly.

Sanitation Measures

  • High touch surfaces disinfected frequently each day.
  • Deep cleaning items such as desks, chairs, touch screens, phones, and printers regularly.
  • We’ve installed plexiglass protective barriers on service and sales workstations.
  • We’ve created comfortable, outdoor customer waiting areas for your safety and convenience, should you need to wait for your vehicle to be repaired.

Safety Requirements

  • Use of personal protection face mask will be required by employees and customers entering the building.
  • Social distancing of 6 feet between individuals while inside the dealership.
  • When entering the dealership for service, we ask that no more than one person per vehicle enter.
  • Service technicians will properly sanitize vehicle and place proper coverings on vehicle before and after service.
  • Service advisor will sanitize any customer touch points, wear and change gloves regularly, properly sanitize hands and keys before and after reception and delivery of vehicles.

  • We encourage that there be no waiting in the building.
