Nissan 24 is proud to announce to its Brockton, Randolph, and Stoughton customers that we’ve received the Nissan Owner First Award of Excellence for the fourth year in a row. This is the highest honor given to Nissan dealers from Nissan North America to recognize the dealers’ commitment to outstanding customer service.
According to Nissan’s corporate website, the award is designed to acknowledge Nissan dealerships that truly embody the Nissan philosophy: providing outstanding ownership through every aspect of the dealership for our customers. It’s considered the highest honor that Nissan can bestow on its dealers.
Achieving the Owner First Award is no easy feat. Eligible dealerships must meet a strict set of requirements, including feedback from an Owner First survey. This survey is distributed to customers who have recently purchased a new Nissan or received service from our Nissan service department.
Customers are encouraged to give honest feedback concerning their experience at our dealership. Not surprisingly, the response was overwhelmingly positive and helped our Nissan 24 dealership win the 2014 Owner First Award.
