For lovers of the holidays, Christmas is one of the most exciting times of the year. So exciting, in fact, that you might be looking to take a couple days of holiday celebration and stretch them out into weeks of fun events and parties.
The Festival of Trees is one of the best new Christmas events in all of Easton, MA, and it offers locals three weekends worth of festivities. Trust us—if you love all things Christmas, then you won’t want to miss this.
The Festival of Trees: How Lovely Are Thy Branches

If you asked someone what the most iconic symbol of Christmas is, many would say the tree. Though we all decorate a little differently, choosing different shapes and sizes, the tree is the centerpiece that ties the entire house together.
The Festival of Trees features dozens of Christmas trees that have been decorated and donated by local businesses, residents, and organizations. Each will have its own theme or style, vying for the highly sought-after “Best Decorated” distinction.
In addition to these trees, residents will have the opportunity to eat and drink, check out local vendors, and, of course, give back.
Your Chance to Give This Holiday Season
The Festival of Trees isn’t just a beautiful spectacle. The event is actually a fundraiser, hosted by Easton Charitable Trust, Inc. (ECT), which strives to give back to the underprivileged in our community.
The ECT will be taking all proceeds from the Festival of Trees and donating them to locals in need during the holiday season. These contributions may end up being the difference between an empty-handed Christmas morning or a day filled with joy.
Christmas is All About Giving
Despite some of the commercialism, Christmas is still all about lending a helping hand and giving to those who need it most. The Easton Festival of Trees is an excellent way to give back, all while having a fun family outing at the same time.
