Take Your Beer Snobbery to the Next Level with the Copenhagen Beer Festival

When it comes to beer, what kind of drinker are you? A patron of the $2 PBR Happy Hour or a connoisseur of the ultra-hopped microbrew?

If you lean more on the side of the latter, then Boston’s Copenhagen Beer Festival is right up your alley. If you’re leaning towards the latter, however…

Please, come to the dark side (the beer tastes better here).

Life is Brewtiful with the Copenhagen Beer Festival

Europe has many great things: stunning art, architecture, and savory foods among them. Still, Europe is also known for hosting some of the most raucous brew fests in the world—and with some of the most expansive beer selections around, too.

We here in the Boston area are lucky that the good city of Copenhagen, Denmark, has been generous to toss some of that hopspitality our way, bringing their biggest beer festival of the year right to our doorstep.

Featuring some of the country’s best brewers, local food vendors, and some excellent music, the Copenhagen Beer Festival is a can’t-miss event.

Copenhagen Beer Festival: The Details

Copenhagen Beer Festival arrives on Friday September 22nd, 2017, with a tasting session from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The taps will resume pouring at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning until 3:30 p.m., with a second session from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The event is ticketed, so you’ll want to snag yours in advance. With a general admission ticket, you’ll have access to unlimited 2 oz. pours. However, with a VIP ticket, you’ll have unlimited pours with a larger tasting glass, early admission, and a Mikkeller gift pack.

The brewers list is still growing, but it looks like the initial lineup is outstanding. Big Names like Three Floyds, The Veil, and Tired Hands will all be there, just to name a few. So, you might want to consider this your opportunity to taste some of the best brews America has to offer.

All Suds & No Duds

World-class beer. Live music. Boston’s best food trucks. Sounds like an awesome day, doesn’t it? Tickets are selling fast, though, so you better pick yours up soon. RSVP to the Copenhagen Beer Festival on Facebook to learn more!
